Page's leadership extends beyond financial services. As CEO and President of Piedmont BRC Group, he managed a regional restaurant chain with four locations and 3.5 million dollars in annual revenue. At NCO Financial Systems, Page led the Commercial Services Division, overseeing 500 employees across ten collections sites with a 95 million dollar revenue budget. His leadership in restructuring operations resulted in an over 20 per cent expense reduction, achieved through process reengineering, organisational redesign, and enhanced collections strategies. He also played a key role in integrating a large receivables management company post-acquisition, ensuring a seamless transition and improved operational synergy.
Earlier in his career, Page spent nearly a decade at American Express, where he managed third-party collections and an attorney network handling 2 billion dollars in placements. As a member of the Credit Management Executive Team, he contributed to developing a Customer-Based Risk Management system, leading to a 250 million dollar annual reduction in credit losses.
